Can't change your Desktop Background Picture in Windows...!!

Can't able to change your Desktop back-ground image / Wall-paper in windows XP/ Vista/ Windows 7..? Here is the solution..

Try these two solutions:

1. Go to Control Panel click Display

     > Desktop 

     > Customize Desktop 

     > Web 

     > Uncheck "Security Info" if present or Uncheck all the available Web pages

(OR)

2. If you're left with a white screen, move your mouse to the top right corner, where the  X button usually is and one should appear  (kind of  in a "hidden taskbar" sort of manner) Click it and the white screen goes away!
