How to backup your Gmail contacts and Google+ circles to Hard drive

1. Go to Google takeout / www.google.com/takeout and then click on Choose Services tab

2. Then select Contacts and Circles

3. And then click on CREATE ARCHIVE

4. Then download the zip file containing Contacts and Circles
