Follow the given steps to create the Hibernate short cut icon on your Desktop:
* To create a new shortcut, right click on any empty area of your desktop and go to "New" and then "Shortcut"
* Now a small windows will appear with the title "Create Shortcut". In the "Create Shortcut" window, type the following command.
rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll, SetSuspendState
* Click Next button and give the name as "Hibernate" (or any name as ur wish) of this shortcut and press Finish
*Now click on Hibernate icon to verify the process
